Ichon is on Line#4, very close to Samgakji (Lines 4 & 6). It should be reasonably convenient for most if not all the SH3 hashers. The on-site is less than 5 minutes walking from Exit#2 and nicely shaded. The trail will be somewhere between 5 and 6 kilometers.
